We are looking for Door to Door Appointment Setters

Overview:

• As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter at Apollo Solar Group, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts by engaging directly with potential clients in their communities.
• This position involves conducting door to door outreach and participating in sales events, where our team stays in an Airbnb and focuses on aggressive appointment setting. You will be responsible for initiating contact with homeowners assessing their interest in solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Door to Door Outreach: Conduct face-to-face interactions with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce Apollo Solar Group products and services.

2. Blitz Events: Participate in intensive events, where the team stays in an Airbnb and focuses on aggressive appointment setting within specific areas.

3. Lead Qualification: Assess the interest and suitability of homeowners for solar energy solutions through effective questioning and engagement.

4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives based on homeowner availability and sales team capacity.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate outreach efforts and maximize results during blitz events.

6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and Up-to-date records of interactions with homeowners in our crm system.

7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and ensure timely attendance at scheduled appointments.

8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for door to door engagement, appointment setting, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outdoor sales, canvassing, or appointment setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per week
